The Grand Midori Makati to be part of its city’s skyline soon

The first tower of The Grand Midori Makati is expected to add dazzle and prestige to the Makati Skyline. The first of the twin tower 38-storey premier high-rise residential community is composed of 369 of mixed studio and 1-3 bedroom units.

“By the 2nd quarter of this year, construction work for the first tower of The Grand Midori Makati has already reached the 7th floor and is proceeding as planned. Installation of the precast wall has been conducted at the 3rd floor while preparation has also begun at the basement. The construction progress is already visible along Bolanos Street and Legazpi Street in Makati.” explained by Mr. Jose Mari Banzon, general manager of Federal Land.

The Grand Midori Makati is envisioned to be the landmark project that will set the benchmark for high-end condominium living. Once completed, both towers of The Grand Midori Makati will also feature metered LPG services. This will be piped-in for each unit, and may be turned on anytime of the day so unit owners need not call for emergency LPG deliveries anymore.
