Federal Land, Inc., along with its Japanese partners Nomura Real Estate Development Corp., and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Ltd., recently held a topping off ceremony of The Seasons Residences Haru Tower. The Seasons Residences is a Japanese-inspired residence that marries Japanese ingenuity with Filipino sense of community, located within Grand Central Park, Federal Land’s master-planned community in Bonifacio Global City. Aki, the third tower of The Seasons Residences, is set to be launched in the first quarter of 2022. At the ceremony were: Robert Castillo, EEI president and CEO; Guita Saenz-Resurreccion, FLI sales group head; Arch. Gilbert Berba, urban planning & design group head; Engr. Antonino Aligaen, technical execution group head; Pia Nunez, senior project director; Yasuhiro Ohira, NRE manager for overseas business; Junji Ando, Isetan Mitsukoshi manager for overseas business promotions; Catherine Bengzon, marketing group head; Jocelyn Pua, head of construction for BGC; and Roger G. Antonio, SP Castro Inc. director and senior vice president.
