The Philippines Property Awards is part of the The Asia Property Awards, which has been gathering the biggest achievers in real estate in the region since 2005. Now on its second year in the Philippines, the prestigious award-giving body has served as a platform for local property developers to benchmark their projects against real estate players in Asia and to showcase their innovations and craftsmanship further to the global stage.
This year, the event gave out 18 awards in the Philippines covering the areas of construction, architecture and interior design. Entries were subjected to the scrutiny of a panel of real estate experts headed by TAJARA Leisure & Hospitality Group Inc. president Cyndy Tan Jarabata.
Marco Polo Residences also subsequently received a Highly Commended award at the South East Asia Property Awards, which was held in Singapore in October. The regional leg of the awards program brought together winners in the national level from the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand.
