Top 10 Architects and Developers 2020/2021
The Philippines’ most active architectural firms and property developers in 2020 and 2021 will be recognized at the BCI Asia’s Top 10 Awards in a special Virtual Partners Assembly and Recognition today.

For architecture firm, pre-tender projects are included to recognize early incorporation of Green Design efforts.
The 16th edition of BCI Asia Awards, albeit virtual, gathers government and industry leaders to provide their insights on the theme, “Build, Back, Better Construction Sector and Economic Recovery.” They are Vice President Leni Robredo, Trade and Industry Secretary Ramon Lopez, CIAP executive director-in-charge Jeremy Marquez, and Presidential Adviser on Flagship Programs and Projects Secretary Vince Dizon.
