Yes, the Japanese mall has caused quite a ruckus in the Metro’s lifestyle scene with its promise of a taste of Japan right in Manila. Aside from shopping for cool Japanese finds at this spot, many people are also interested in the food scene the newcomer has to offer. We mean, come on, what’s a day out without some grub? And while there are already establishments open at Mitsukoshi, there is still a lot coming up in the next few months. Bread Talk

Cafe Dolci
Location: Basement 1/Mitsukoshi Fresh
What it’s known for: Cafe Dolci serves a wide array of pastries, from danishes and macarons to chocolate bonbons. They also serve artisanal gelato with vegan-friendly flavors too.
CoCo Ichibanya
Location: Basement 1
What it’s known for: CoCo Ichibanya is famous for its Japanese-style curry rice meals. Among their best-sellers are the classic Pork Cutlet Omelette Curry and the Fried Chicken Omelette Curry.
