Lotus Tower, it was never just one. Manila’s born legacy continues.

The Four Season Riviera is putting premium to Binondo’s waterfront as the second of four towers of the luxury residential complex in Manila’s original and still thriving commercial district was launched recently.
The 30-storey Lotus tower is the latest addition to the Four Season Riviera, which is envisioned to transform the quieter side of downtown Escolta into Manila’s version of “Venice.” Together with other existing and future property developments nearby, the high-rise project of Federal Land Inc. at the corner of Numancia, Muelle dela Industria and Prensa Streets is expected to further enhance land values in the area while enhancing the image of Manila as one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
Today, waterfront properties in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Paris, London and New York are the most expensive because they have a priceless scenic view of the sea or river. In his speech delivered during the Lotus Tower sales announcement, Dennis D. Lim, senior vice president of Federal Land, noted that any property beside a river will always be a good investment because of its location.
Citing Singapore’s experience as example, Lim added that residential properties near the mouth of the Singapore River have become even more expensive after the Fullerton Hotel was built there to replace an old Post Office building.
“All the developments around Fullerton (Hotel) have since become the most expensive residential properties in Singapore today,” says Lim. He sees the same effect of the Four Season Riviera to the Binondo area with the planned conversion of the Central Post Office into a Fullerton Hotel.
So, Manila’s best kept secret is finally unleashed. Four Season Riviera’s location is where the best and pricey part of the city is going to emerge. Thus, to live healthy and to live wealthy is to have a home at Lotus tower. Being located near the mouth of the Pasig River and Manila Bay, the good feng shui from the refreshing water flows through the riverfront homes, blessing its occupants with good health and abundance. The natural sea breeze from the bay is also a welcome respite from the usual smog that permeates the city air.
Just like the project’s first tower, the Plum Blossom, the Lotus Tower will also have the same spacious units, modern look, luxurious amenities and a spectacular view of the Pasig riverfront. It will also have a view of the historical Intramuros and other landmarks in the area. Following the success of its first tower which is already 70 percent sold and currently under construction, the second tower is seen to enjoy the same success as well. The Lotus Tower has a total of 171 one- to four-bedroom units that range in size from 46 square meters to 187 square meters.
The Lotus Tower offers new features such as metal grill door at the unit’s main entrance, a pet quarter, windows at the utility room and insect screen in windows. The hallway also has an open duct for ventilation beginning at the amenity area level.
Plum and Lotus residents can enjoy Four Season Riviera’s biggest elevated podium garden in Manila, meditation garden, children’s play area and swimming pool, adult swimming pool, multi-purpose function room, jogging path, fitness gym, game room, day care center, study room, reading lounge, al fresco area, mini putting green, and music/movie room with home theater.
Building facilities and services include a commercial arcade at the ground floor, stand-by power generator, a mailroom with individual mailboxes with keys, automated fire alarm, heat/smoke detector and sprinkler system, audio and video entry system, elevators, building administration office, CCTV cameras, and individual water and electric meters.
The Four Season Riviera is accessible through all major thoroughfares in Manila and is also near malls, schools, church and other important establishments. Some of the Chinese schools nearby are the Chiang Kai Shek College, St. Stephen’s School, Philippine Academy of Sakya, Hope Christian High School, Uno High School, Philippine Tiong Se Academy, Philippine Sun Yat Sen High School and Sacred Heart School.
Federal Land, the property development arm of GT Capital Holdings, will begin construction of the Lotus Tower in the third quarter of 2013. The company is a trusted brand in high-rise and residential community developments in the country.
