With the changing seasons comes ‘omotenashi’
Only a few units are left in the first two towers of The Seasons Residences, prompting developer Federal Land to launch early this year the third tower, Aki Tower.
The Seasons Residences is the first residential project with a distinct Japanese concept in the country. Its podium level will be the home of the country’s first Mitsukoshi.
The four-story mall brings to the country the ultimate Japanese shopping experience, with its signature “depachika”, or basement level food hall, and “omotenashi”, or Japanese hospitality.
The condo development itself will feature Japanese innovations such as earthquake-resistant technology, sunken slab or below-floor drainage system for easy maintenance and repairs, air-washing tiles that minimize excess humidity and odor, kitchen floor storage, space-saving kitchen sink, and Japanese-branded shower toilets.
In 2021, The Seasons Residences bagged the five-star award for Best Residential High-Rise Development in the Philippines at the International Property Awards Asia-Pacific.
