The Design and Program Officer manage group of Architectural and Engineering consultants and responsible in providing technical expertise in design management and act as focal point for all technical design related matters in the project. Assist the Design and Program Manager in monitoring various activities during the design stage of the project and provide necessary coordination and links as well as maintain the harmonious relationships with the internal stakeholders, Architects/Engineers/Consultants, and others directly or indirectly involved in the Project.

• Education - Licensed Engineer / Architect.
• Job Experience - With Minimum 5 Years Work experience as Design and Program Management or equal capacity
• Competencies Required: Familiar with the local building code and proficiency in design software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Sketch Up, etc.) is a plus
• 5 years - 10 years
