GT Tower International

Iconic for its unique vertical structure, GT Tower International is a Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) accredited office tower in the Makati Central Business District.

Developed by Federal Land, Incorporated in 2001 and launched in 2004, ‘G.T.’ International Tower is named after the owner and Group Chairman of Federal Land and the Metrobank Group, Mr. George S.K. Ty. The tower was designed by Philippine architectural firms GF & Partners Architects, and Gozar Planners Philippines, in cooperation with international architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.

GT International Tower offers 47 floors with a typical floor plate of 1,247 square meters of office space for lease. It houses an art-themed food court of various cuisine to choose from. For gourmet options, there is M Table of renowned Filipino chef, Margarita Fores.
