Lead project proponent and core of the team for the assigned projects.

Ensures that assigned projects adhere to the general brand positioning standards of FNG.

Conducts project feasibility studies to ensure that assigned projects (for acquisition, pipeline, existing) are customer-oriented, financially viable, physically possible, and legally permissible.

Leads the crafting of concepts and business models for the assigned projects.

Oversees the entire project development process for the assigned projects.

Oversees the project approval process for the assigned projects.
-
Monitors issues, challenges, and potential problems of assigned projects and raises the concern to the project team for resolution; or raises to higher management when necessary.

Ensures that assigned projects are within the standards of cost, schedule, and quality.

Detects/solves issues that may delay project implementation.

Active participation in the planning process and devising the project development timeline.

Helps to complete the project plans and ensures their accuracy.

Determines what is needed to apply for and be granted the permits and licenses that are required before the project is launched and constructed.

Works with the marketing and sales teams to organize the project launch requirements.

Creates the project financials required for the launch and prepares the approval to launch memo.

Ensures budget commitments are met and comes up with the project pricing strategy and prepares the pricelist and payment terms.

Ensures execution of launch plans

Projects financials to guarantee that committed profit and margins are met.

Agreed and approved sales and marketing strategies and sales targets.

Ensures the project's timely and seamless handover by routinely coordinating with relevant departments.

Provides critical assistance to Property Management, Buyer Turnover Group, and Customer Service to address customer concerns.

Oversees post-construction activities and manages the budget.

Spearheads the project close-out.

Leads, manages, and trains the Project Development Associate/s assigned to him/her.

Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Head.
