Interestingly, the community quarantine has paved the way to further clamor for the mixed-used developments that would make it for the residents to have easy access to essential goods and services like groceries and supermarkets, banks, and pharmacies. With the ongoing pandemic, real estate developer Federal Land continues to see increased demand for its township developments such as Metro Park in Pasay City and Grand Central Park in Bonifacio Global City (BGC).
