Trademark Royalty Signing between Federal Land and Marco Polo Hotels
Marco Polo Hotels, one of Asia’s leading hotel brands, had just signed an agreement with Federal Land Inc. that will allow the entry of the latter’s newest luxury condominium development called Marco Polo Residences. The new condo project will soon rise out of the prestigious district of Nivel Hills in Cebu City, just beside the Marco Polo Hotel.
Present were Mr. Steve Kleinschmidt, president of Marco Polo Hotels, Mr. Alfred Ty, president of Federal Land Inc. They are joined by Mr. Hans Hauri, general manager of Marco Polo Hotel, Mr. Jose Mari Banzon, general manager of Federal Land Inc.; and Mr. Antonio Tan, executive vice president of Federal Land Inc.
