Cebu’s ‘dampa’ is coming to town
Rico’s Lechon Boodle Feasta Set (good for two) and Boodle Feasta Set 3 (good for 9-12 pax)
Cebu’s favorite lechon, Rico’s Lechon is making its way to more locations in Luzon, offering its bestsellers and new dining concepts.
Opening on Nov. 23 is the brand’s biggest branch to date at Blue Bay Walk in Macapagal, Pasay. In an effort to share the Cebu culture with the rest of the country, the branch will offer the province’s version of dampa – sugba, tuwa, kilaw or STK.
Rico’s STK can accommodate a total of 160 people in its indoor dining, al fresco, and VIP areas. Also soon to come is the Merkado (palengke in Cebuano), the branch’s paluto area complete with an aquarium design. Guests can also shop for fresh seafood at the restaurant’s Merkado shop.
The new branch will also have its own lechon roasting area.
Along with the opening of the Macapagal branch on the 23rd, Rico’s Lechon will begin serving in its Manila branches two new offerings, Boodle Feasta and Palayok Hotpot.
