a. Provide the information you require about our real estate projects and deliver the products and services you have requested, including customer care services and activities for buyers, sellers, lessors, lessees, business development partners, suppliers, current unit owners, and commercial space lessees;
b. Communicate relevant advisories, notices, and updates, including commercial and promotional advertisements, customer rewards, surveys, and aftersales communications through email and mobile marketing;
c. Use your information for marketing profiling to understand better and anticipate your preferences and needs, allowing us to offer more personalized products and services;
d. Manage transactions related to the purchase and/or lease of property, including the processing of payments, preparation of contracts, and coordination with relevant government agencies for the transfer of title and registration of the property;

g. Engage in other procedures and processes such as information sharing as may be necessary to perform our contractual obligations and commitments to you and such other purposes inherent and vital to the orderly conduct of our business, and as mandated by law.
II. HOW DO WE ACQUIRE YOUR INFORMATION?
You authorize and permit us to gain access to your information when you voluntarily supply us with the requested details the moment that you:

a. Appointing a Data Protection Privacy Officer to ensure our compliance with applicable laws and regulations for the protection of data privacy and security;
b. Treating your information with strict confidentiality when not intended for public disclosure;
c. Limiting access of your information to authorized personnel;
d. Implementing preventive, corrective, and mitigating measures in an effort to stave off and combat any threat of information breach;
e. Conducting audit and testing of our security protocols on a regular basis; and
f. Other similar and related measures designed to uphold and maintain the security and privacy of your information.
VI. DO WE STORE AND RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION?
We are committed to safeguarding your data, so we store your personal data records in secure live databases and backup platforms. We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill our legal and contractual obligations to you and for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, to resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies. We store your personal data for a period of five (5) years following the requirements of Republic Act No. 9160, otherwise known as the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of 2001, and for any such periods as may be required by other applicable laws and regulations which may have their own storage and retention requirements.

IX. DOES OUR DATA PRIVACY POLICY APPLY TO INFORMATION RECEIVED ONLINE AND OFFLINE?
Our Data Privacy Policy applies to all information received both online and offline, covering digital and physical interactions with our Company. This includes, but is not limited to, activities, transactions, and engagements with our employees, officers, subsidiaries, business partners, affiliates, professional consultants, contractors, and third-party service providers.
X. WHEN DID OUR DATA PRIVACY POLICY BECOME EFFECTIVE?
Our Data Privacy Policy has been in effect since November 16, 2017.
