Carousell Property Awards 2024: Celebrating excellence in Philippine real estate
Carousell, the popular multi-category classifieds and recommerce marketplace, proudly announced the winners of the 2024 Carousell Property Awards, an annual celebration honoring the trailblazers and innovators shaping Philippine real estate.
Now in its fourth year, the awards celebrate developers, projects, and agencies across four categories: Development Awards, Developer Awards, Brokerage Firms Awards, and Special Awards.

Honoring industry trailblazers
A major highlight was Federal Land Inc., alongside its subsidiaries Horizon Land and Sunshine Fort North Bonifacio Realty Development Corp., which secured seven awards.
Carousell recognized MITSUKOSHI BGC (Best Commercial Design); The Seasons Residences (Best Mixed-Use Development); Siena Towers (Best Affordable Condominium); Palm Beach West (Best Family Condo Development); The Grand Midori Ortigas (Best Condo Design); Riverpark (Best Masterplanned Township Design Luzon); and Marco Polo Residences (Best Value for Investment Cebu).
PH1 World Developers, with its subsidiary Famtech Properties, received the coveted Developer of the Year for Innovation Excellence award. The company also earned accolades for Northscapes San Jose Del Monte (Best Green Development); Southscapes Trece Martires (Best Eco-Friendly Housing Development); One Lancaster Park (Best Community Space Award); The Hive Residences (Best Condo Living Spaces Award); and Modan Lofts Ortigas Hills (Excellence in Livable Space Development Award).

The Developer Awards also celebrated leaders such as Suntrust Properties Inc. (Best Housing Developer), RLC Residences (Best Developer Luzon), and Aboitiz Land Inc. (Best Developer Visayas).

(Best Mid Range Housing and Best Scenic Real Estate Development); City North Tower by Cityland Development Corp. (Best Lifestyle Development); Richwood Homes by Primary Homes (Superior Design and Build Quality Award); Pueblo de Panay Township by Pueblo de Panay (Best Masterplanned Township Design Visayas); SYNC by RLC Residences (Best Mid Range Condominium); The Lattice at Parklinks by Alveo Land (Best High End Condominium); Pontefino Estates (Best Luxury Estate in Southern Luzon); and Laya by Shang Properties (Best Luxury Condominium Development).
