Florida Sun Estates takes shape in Cavite, welcomes new residents
Horizon Land, a subsidiary of Federal Land, Inc., is making headway in developing the master-planned community with house and lots in General Trias, Cavite and continuing construction and occupancy of Florida Sun Estates.
The Oriental Garden Residences, the condominium phase of the master-planned residential resort community along Governor’s Drive, is scheduled for completion by the end of the year. The construction of its third building, the 2-storey Acacia, is currently in full blast.
When complete, the Acacia building will have 2-bedroom loft units with a total floor area of 46 sqm suitable for start-up families. It will join the completed and ready-for-occupancy Bellflower and Cypress buildings in the Oriental Garden Residences.
