The third tower of Oriental Garden Makati, called One Lilac Place, had its first concrete pouring ceremony last September 2011. Mr. Alfred Ty, president of Federal Land, was present together with Federal Land’s executives, sales team, and employees. Oriental Garden Makati is located along Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City.
