In January 2022, Federal Land allied with Japanese real-estate firm Nomura Real Estate Development. Together as Federal Land NRE Global, Inc., the group is introducing a new way of living that elevates possibilities for both residents and industry locators in an upcoming 230-hectare development.

From the vision of its founding chairman Alfred V. Ty of building quality homes for Filipinos soon came Federal Land’s monumental skyscrapers and real estate developments at par with the world’s best.

“It remains the bedrock of our company cradle, deeply ingrained in our core and a profoundly inviable mantra in all our undertakings,” Federal Land president and chief operating officer Thomas Mirasol said.

The company’s portfolio includes The Capitol Towers, Quantum Residences, The Estate Makati, One Wilson Square, Palm Beach West, Siena Tower and The Grand Hyatt Manila and Marco Polo Residences. Ten more multi-use properties that will lay the groundwork for achieving Federal Land’s mission in creating dynamic communities for generations to come will follow suit.

Reimagined communities

Some of the upcoming Federal Land properties are Riverpark in General Trias, Cavite; Grand Central Park in BGC, Taguig; and Met Park in Pasay City.

GCP is a master-planned community within North Bonifacio Global City that will house exclusive contemporary residences, dining destinations and lifestyle hubs. It will also include a high-rise office building.

Met Park is being positioned as the Cosmopolitan Cultural District of Bay City. This development supports a flourishing art district where individuals can immerse themselves in street art galleries, workshops and concerts.

Riverpark is dubbed as “The Next Gen City of the South.” This dynamic 600-hectare township includes a regional retail anchor, residential options including lots, house and lots and vertical residential developments; commercial lots; institutional facilities like schools and hospitals; and offices. Its master plan integrates rivers, streams and natural waterways which are retained as the basis of multi-functional corridors and a 2.6 km long Central Park that will serve as pedestrian pathway.

Riverpark will have direct access along Daang-Hari Extension and direct connections to the Cavite-Laguna Expressway or CALAX. The first segment of its main spine road will be completed by the end of 2023.

These landmark achievements will soon be joined by communities in Mandaluyong, Marikina, Cavite, Laguna and Cebu.

Federal Land’s presence extends from residential, retail, hotel and office developments including iconic developments, such as Metrobank Financial Center, Grand Hyatt Manila Residences, The Seasons Residences, Park West, The Big Apple block, the new Lexus Showroom, MITSUKOSHI BGC, Tropicana Garden City, Marquinton Residences, Blue Wave Mall and the Marco Polo Plaza Hotel.

“Combining real estate groups’ vast international experience and superior technological expertise along with Federal Land’s key understanding of the market and reputation for trust and reliability bolsters our capability to deliver even better and more dynamic developments chained to the evolving nature of the modern market,” Mirasol said.
