The Harrison Plaza Showroom and Information Center of Federal Land’s Paco Project, Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes, was opened last April 2, 2011. The event also unveiled a 2-bedroom model unit, where clients and guests may get a glimpse of the project’s kid-friendly lifestyle.

The Cebu showroom blessing of Marco Polo Residences was held last May 27, 2011. The event was attended by guests and partners from Metrobank, Marco Polo Plaza, friends from media and valued clients.

The Florida Sun Estates’ second building, Cypress, had its back-to-back events – groundbreaking and first concrete pouring ceremony, where soon residents can experience resort-type living in Cavite.

Back to back events were held at Bay Garden Club and Residences, with the topping-off of the Banyan Tree Tower and the first concrete pouring ceremony of the Royal Palm Tower. The 3-bedroom model unit was also opened in its on-site showroom.
