The blessing and unveiling of Paseo de Roces model units and information center took place last Saturday, July 9, 2011 at the Ground Floor of The Oriental Place, Don Chino Roces Avenue corner Javier Street, Makati City. Federal Land executives, employees and property consultants attended the said event.

The sales announcement of Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes’ Narra Tower was held last July 20, 2011 on its on-site showroom located at Peñafrancia St. Paco, Manila. During the event, a project presentation was held and the scaled model of the Narra Tower was unveiled.
