The 1-bedroom model unit of Valderrama Tower was officially opened last July 23 at the on-site showroom of Tropicana Garden City, located along Sumulong Highway, Marikina City. The celebration was graced by our officers, property consultants and sales executives, together with Federal Land employees and partners.

The Harrison Plaza Showroom and Information Center of Federal Land’s Paco Project, Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes, was opened last April 2, 2011. The event also unveiled a 2-bedroom model unit, where clients and guests may get a glimpse of the project’s kid-friendly lifestyle.

Back to back events were held at Bay Garden Club and Residences, with the topping-off of the Banyan Tree Tower and the first concrete pouring ceremony of the Royal Palm Tower. The 3-bedroom model unit was also opened in its on-site showroom.
